I am a coach and trainer interested in people and the development of working life. 

I have work experience as a supervisor, team leader, project manager and expert for a total of 20 years. I have had the opportunity to work with wonderful people from different backgrounds, such as engineers, service designers, digital service designers and business graduates. In my experience, good leadership, shared goals and a safe atmosphere are valuable – and at the same time important development targets – in the workplace.

One of the most rewarding things in my work is to be able to support the creation of insights and the development journey of customers. For example, I feel that coaching supervisors and team leaders and developing a coaching leadership approach is a very meaningful task because leadership development creates value for the entire work community and further for customers.

I have a master's degree in engineering, in addition to which I am qualified as a teacher. I am a certified business coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a member of the ICF and the Finnish Coaching Association.

In coaching and promoting a coaching work culture, I have found a way to support people's development and well-being in different situations in working life.
